Home Inspector Ryan Nady’s upbringing in the construction business paved the way for his comprehensive understanding of homes. With his grandfather building houses and his father and uncles actively involved, Ryan’s learning began early, covering all aspects of home construction and functionality. His 12-year tenure as a firefighter further enriched his knowledge, providing insights into safety aspects and diverse building configurations.
With eight years spent in a local hardware store, Ryan honed his expertise in assisting customers with home-related queries, offering solutions and guidance on materials and projects. With firsthand experience in home repairs and remodels, Ryan founded his company to address issues he encountered personally during house purchases, determined to provide thorough inspections where others fell short.
Ryan embarked on his journey as a home inspector by becoming an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and joining as a member of InterNACHI. This certification laid the foundation for his career, complementing his extensive background in construction and home-related industries. With a commitment to upholding industry standards and continuing education, Ryan combines his InterNACHI certification with his practical experience to deliver thorough and reliable inspections to his clients. He is also a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors.

Life Beyond Inspecting
Outside of his professional endeavors, Ryan leads a fulfilling life surrounded by loved ones. Married with three adult children, two of whom are married and the third currently in college, family remains at the heart of his priorities. Ryan finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, often indulging in outdoor activities such as boating, camping, and lakeside retreats.
A passion for hunting and shooting sports fuels his adventurous spirit, while engaging in competitive axe and knife throwing leagues with his family adds an element of excitement to their shared experiences. Recently relocating, Ryan is eager to resume his involvement with the Fire Department, drawing upon his enduring EMT certification as he embraces new challenges and opportunities.
